Purchase of a land in Porto city center and project development for nine residential apartments building: T1, T2, T3. The exterior of the property has a pool and leisure area. Two apartments with an exterior private garden and one with an interior garden. 
Following the market needs and trends, we focused on a modern and minimal approach with hints of contemporary elements.
