A modern industrial penthouse seamlessly blending its own raw industrial character with luxurious and contemporary comforts, crafting an inviting and stylish urban retreat.
The exposed beams are thoughtfully incorporated into the design, turning them from a visual obstacle into an interior architectural charm while enhancing the modern minimalism that flows around the space.
Lighting highlights each texture and material, while cosy sofas provide warmth and elegance. Stone wall accents, natural wooden tables, stone kitchen counter and the expansive open spaces bathed in natural light creating a flow that merges the interior with the beauty of the exterior.
The master suite serves as a serene sanctuary with natural tones and materials that promote relaxation and comfort - A perfect escape from daily routines. In the children´s bedroom, the design mirrors the home´s modern rythm while creating a playful, inspiring environment for both study and play. A cosy, storybook-inspired bed makes bedtime magical, blending comfort with imagination to create a warm and inviting space for rest and creativity.
The rooftop has been thoughtfully designed as a tranquil green retreat with an inviting lounge area, complete with a jacuzzi and sunbathing double mattresses for ultimate relaxation. A dining space for casual snacking or intimate meals, all while enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of the city. The elevated terrace offers a rare blend of privacy and exclusivity, making it a one-of-a-kind experience. The use of natural and neutral materials seamlessly extends the elegance of the penthouse interior creating a cohesive and calming atmosphere that enhances the outdoor living space.
